Jo is the Managing Director of Publicis, an award-winning creative agency that helps brands meet the challenges of connecting with consumers in today’s fast-changing, data-driven world. In her role, Joanne is responsible for client-agency relationships, strategic brand direction and operations for Publicis regional and local clients, including Disney, Ferrero, Emirates and the Singapore Health Promotion Board.
Her multi-disciplinary background – which includes experience in digital marketing, shopper marketing and integrated brand communications – translates into an exceptional skill in identifying cross-channel opportunities and solutions for clients.
Outside work, Jo’s list of interests keeps growing. She’s currently obsessed with tennis, cycling, reading, pottery, art, marathons (of B-grade TV), bird-watching, and 15 years on, she still sends her friends mixtapes… known today as “playlists”.

Adrian Yeap is the first and only Singaporean to win back-to-back D&AD Yellow Pencils – the industry’s most coveted award judged by the industry’s toughest creatives. Along the way, he picked up over 100 awards in the span of his 15-year career.
From Ogilvy to DDB and Leo Burnett, he now leads Publicis delivering creative and effective work on brands like Health Promotion Board and Diageo among others. Previously, Adrian had spent 3 years at Leo Burnett where he wrestled the McDonald’s account from its 11-year incumbent agency DDB, and helped them to be crowned Marketer of the Year in 2021.
Adrian now spends his afterwork hours reporting to his 3 CCOs – his wife and their two young girls.

Belinda has over 20 years agency experience and has held leadership roles in strategy, creative, and digital – making her something of a unicorn.
Belinda never intended to get into our industry and fell into copywriting role through chance after graduating in creative writing and live arts. She quickly progressed through the creative ranks in integrated and digital agencies before making the switch to strategy.
This choice has taken Belinda around the world, working in New York, San Francisco, and the UK, before moving to Singapore in 2017.
Belinda has worked in both B2C and B2B and, as a consequence, has wide client experience from Microsoft and HPE to Les Mills and Nestle – and most points in between.

Joyce is a proven brand builder with 16 years of experience across financial services, travel & hospitality and public healthcare. She is apt at forging long standing agency-client relations whilst driving marketing excellence through the implementation of innovative solutions powered by data and creativity.
She has worked across brands such as Visa, Airbnb, Nestle, Australia & New Zealand Bank, Scoot and Disney Plus. In the last 5 years, she was deeply involved in driving positive behavioural change in getting Singaporeans to embark on healthier pursuits for the Singapore government. She is fuelled by caffeine, the gym and a love for the environment.
