Lou Dela Pena
Lou leads Publicis Singapore, an integrated full-service agency of 107 people. She brings 18 years of experience in brand leadership, having worked with global and iconic brands such as Singapore Airlines, HSBC, Corona, Lexus, Mondelez, Coca-Cola, Nokia, Shell, Procter & Gamble, Sanofi and Audi.
Before taking on the role of CEO at Publicis in 2014, she was General Manager at TBWA\ Singapore for 4 years. Having always had a hand in business development, she helped secure the historic Singapore Airlines account in 2007, as well as a diverse range of clients, from Mondelez International to the Economic Development Board of Singapore.
Today, she continues to drive excellence by continually strengthening the agency’s diverse service offering, as well as through her passionate commitment to our strategic process, designed to help our clients ‘Lead the Change’.
Managing Director, Publicis Singapore
Joanne has over 12 years of experience in the industry. As the agency’s New Business Director, she identifies new business growth opportunities.
Prior to joining Publicis, Joanne spent a decade at TBWA\ Singapore where she worked as both an integrated brand leader and a new business driver, helping secure prestigious regional business from Mondelez, Tigerair, Nestle and the Economic Development Board of Singapore.
She has proven capabilities in global and regional brand management on brands like Apple, Chivas, Martell, Michelin, Visa and P&G. In 2012 she joined the managing team of TBWA’s Digital Arts Network (DAN) as their new business lead, and helped lead the agency to win GOLD at Campaign Asia’s Singapore Digital Agency of the Year within the first 6 months of launch.

Jeremy + Fajar
Fajar and Jeremy are Executive Creative Directors at Publicis Singapore. Partners for close to a decade, they have worked on a diverse range of brands at agencies in Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia.
Their partnership began at Ogilvy Singapore, cutting their teeth on brands such as Yahoo!, DBS, Singtel, Direct Asia Insurance and the Heath Promotion Board, where they were a part of the team that created iQuit, Singapore’s most successful anti-smoking programme.
They then moved to MullenLowe Thailand to work on Unilever brands like Wall’s ice cream, Pepsodent, Rexona and Tresemme. While there, they were also responsible for creating highly successful digital campaigns for Heineken and Mercedes Benz. Their work for the 2011 UN Human Rights Day earned them an audience with UN High Commissioner of Human Rights, Navi Pillay.
At iris Worldwide in Jakarta, they helped the agency achieve an unprecedented double within 2 years- Agency of the Year and Digital Agency of the Year at the national Indonesian awards show- Citra Pariwara. They then moved to Saatchi Singapore to head up the P&G Head & Shoulders brand across ASEAN and Greater China.
Currently at Publicis Singapore, they look after the agency’s roster of brands such as Scoot, the Health Promotion Board, Audi, Nikon and Citibank. They have won at almost every major award show, amassing over 70 awards including Gold at Cannes, a D&AD yellow pencil and awards at the Effies and IPA Effectiveness.
Outside of advertising, their personal projects have seen them exhibit at the Singapore Design Festival, CannesAlso, SpikesAlso and a feature on Japanese National TV for a dinnerware set they created called HALVED.
