Team Publicis Singapore
Chief Executive Officer , Publicis Singapore
Lou Dela Pena
Lou Dela Pena is the CEO of Publicis Communications Singapore, leading the Groupe’s creative agencies – Publicis, Saatchi & Saatchi and Leo Burnett, as well as 5 specialist agencies – MSL, Luminous Experiential, Nurun, Arc and Prodigious.
With almost two decades of experience in brand leadership, Lou Dela Pena has worked with global and iconic brands such as Singapore Airlines, Apple, Coca-Cola, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Visa, Lexus, Audi and Procter & Gamble and a number of Singapore government agencies such as the Economic Development Board and currently, the Health Promotion Board.
Lou is a change agent and she fully embraces the Publicis Groupe’s thinking of Lead the Change. Lou focuses on leading the transformation of brands or organisations, depending on the need of the client. Sometimes this is done through social and conversation such as Scoot (Marketing Magazine’s Client Marketer of the Year three times a row) where the conversation shifted from all things transactional to ‘budget airlines can be fun too’ or in the case of HPB, Singaporeans are encouraged to eat, shop and drink more healthily through the Win Leow Campaign launched very successfully, 2 years in a row. Lou is a firm believer of EFFECTIVENESS and she personally drives the tracking of results based on pre agreed objectives of the client. This has led to Publicis Communications being the most effective group of agencies in town – 3 years in a row.
Lou has also worked on brands that led the change through a combination of conversation and action. They are, Abbott adult nutrition, Audi Singapore, FWD, agoda for Southeast Asia to name a few.
Lou continues to drive excellence by continually strengthening the group’s diverse service offering, as well as through her passionate commitment to helping clients with their marketing transformation in a rapidly changing environment.

CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER , PUBLICIS SINGAPORE
A career that has spanned three continents, every conceivable category and almost every platform.
Jennie started her creative career in the none-too-glamourous world of direct marketing. She dreamed of the day she would finally get to write a tv commercial. But until then, she learned the fine craft of copywriting, the importance of storytelling - and a thing or two about strategy and discipline. She eventually helped create some of Australia’s most loved campaigns – from Tim Tam to Toyota.
In 2006 Jennie moved to BBDO Dubai to take on the creative lead role on the Emirates Airlines business. She later became the first female ECD in the UAE and was a co-founder of the Dubai Creative Club to foster the region’s burgeoning creativity.
Jennie has called Singapore home for the past nine years - seven of which she has spent within the Publicis Groupe. She considers herself to be a true hybrid creative and a frustrated planner.
On the award front, Jennie’s work has been recognised at Cannes, D&AD, One Show, NY Festivals, Clio, Dubai Lynx, Spikes Asia and Effies.
